Beans!!!

Im growing 3 different beans this year, and one of them has already started to flower!
If all goes well i have fresh veg most of the summer from my own garden. Here are some pics of the beans and of the changes as my garden grows.

The roses have started to flower and in a week or so they will be totally red! and these red roses also smell lovely and sweet, i cant wait!


I planted the orange flowers around them to try to get rid of the ants organically, but i don't know if its helping yet.


I planted this bush 3 years ago and htis is the first year that i have had berries, but i don't remember if its a blackberry or a raspberry.


The next few weeks will be strawberry heaven!

Pink strawberry!

Pink strawberry, I've had in my garden for a few years now, and last year it didn't want to bloom, but this year it has again and i love the hot pink color of this small flower.

Spring is here!

Spring is here and my garden is starting to grow :)
this year I am going to try something new, beans. from what i have read they are great for improving soil and you can eat them :)
I'm going to try 4 different types of beans... peas, French beans, Capuchin (they have purple beans), and "slabonen" i cant translate but its a bigger bean. All but the peas are climbers. They are going to grow on the left wall, where the baskets are, they are there to stop the birds and cats.
